Helping people to maintain a better work and home life balance

Flourish in Mind have taken the opportunity through lockdown to network and develop some key partnerships. One of which is with mindfulness coach, Diane Titterton. Together Jennifer Rawlinson, director of Flourish in Mind, and Diane have created a unique programme called The Better Balance Technique.

The technique combines productivity methodology, helping employees stay productive while they are in work; but more importantly helping employees to switch off from work and regain a better work and home life balance. It is ideal for anyone working from home and is a great option for organisations wanting to do more to help their employees.

The Better Balance Technique incorporates mindfulness meditation which has wide ranging benefits. From improving concentration; reducing anxiety; promoting our bodies to activate the resting system as well as improving sleep.

Jennifer and Diane wanted to address one of the biggest issues they have heard over the last 12 months from both of their clients; the inability to switch off. And as such people struggling to maintain a relaxed home life of quality.

The 2.5 hour Better Balance Technique runs virtually online and the launch is on the 15th April 2021.
