Ramsdens expand its Contentious Probate practice with partner hire

Ramsdens Solicitors have appointed Will Trust and Estate Disputes specialist, Nazia Nawaz as Partner in their contentious probate team.

Nazia brings with her a wealth of litigation and dispute Resolution experience of over 20 years, specialising in all types of inheritance disputes and

contentious probate matters as well as land and farming disputes, including will validity claims, removal of executors and trustees and financial abuse claims.

She joins Ramsdens having previously led the Will Trust and Estate Disputes team in the Manchester office of a national top 25 law firm where she helped establish the team. Nazia has also spent most of the past 6 years working at a highly reputable North West law firm where she developed the firm's contentious probate offering.
