The Poppy Factory commissioned a new YouGov survey of more than 2,100 people for the Armed Forces Week.
The survey highlighted the skills that ex-Forces men and women with mental and physical health conditions have to offer businesses and, the wider working world. It reveals that around three quarters of people see military skills as essential for success at work, above other qualities like IT skills, networking ability and commercial awareness.
Military values like respect for others, discipline and integrity also came out ahead of other values like kindness and openness.
