16 Hunter Safety employees have bravely pledged to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in the name of charity.
The challenge, which will take place in June over the Yorkshire Dales, will see the team take on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, in under 12 hours. The team are taking on the 25-mile challenge to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, following a number of employees and their loved ones being affected by heart conditions over the previous year.
Managing Director at Hunter Safety, Katie Hunter, said: “The challenge will instil a great
sense of accomplishment in the team so it’s a fantastic teambuilding opportunity, which I’m
sure will involve some friendly competition between colleagues! It’s certainly going to be a
challenge but we are doing this to raise funds for the fantastic British Heart Foundation who
support individuals suffering with heart conditions, as well as their families, which is a cause
very close to our hearts.”
