New website signals the next step on the journey for Wakefield-based fds

Published 4th Nov 2016 by Rebecca Walker

Wakefield-based business support company fds Director Services Limited has launched its brand new website www.wearefds.com.

The website signals the beginning of an exciting stage for fds on their journey as a growing business support company, backed up by an ambitious and innovative team. CEO Jo Haigh set up fds in 1989 and in the last few years the company has experienced a period of change and considerable growth. With the advent of new skills, and an increasing product and service line, the company will continue to offer specialist corporate finance advice but will also provide key business decision makers and owners with honest, creative and personal support throughout their business journeys.

Working closely with digital partners and fellow Chamber member, Statement, fds have been focusing on revamping the website as part of their plan to realign with customers and really begin to share with the business community the expert help and guidance they have in house through digital platforms.

Dan Conboy, MD of Statement, said: “'We were delighted to be appointed by fds as their digital partner. We have worked with the team throughout 2016 to help shape their future digital strategy and this has now led to the launch of an updated website which better reflects the great value that the business can offer their clients throughout their business journey. We look forward to working with the team on an ongoing basis to ensure that they continually benefit from advice on new digital innovations and opportunities”.

The company is working to implement a new marketing strategy, impacting on all areas of the business process. This will showcase the company as a trusted and valued resource for information and support to the business community.

Director of Marketing for fds Stephanie Osman said “We want small and medium sized businesses to succeed. We know these businesses are the backbone of the British economy and we want to provide owner managed businesses and not for profit organisations with the trusted and valuable resources that can help them perform at optimum levels, this website is just the start of that. We will be sharing valuable resources with clients and members of the business community through the site and via social media and we can’t wait to see what people think”.
