Chamber Member Abzorb Helps Dalton School Stay Connected

Published 15th Jun 2016 by Rebecca Walker

Local Telecoms company and Kirklees Business of the year Abzorb has signed up Dalton Junior & Infants (Dalton JIN) school following an imminent termination of the BT Feature Net Product which the school relies on for its telephone lines.

BT plans to terminate its Feature Net contract for all schools in Kirklees by July 2016. This means that unless schools have something in place by then, they would have no telephone lines, which for any school, is unthinkable.

Dalton JIN contacted Abzorb to see if we could help. We presented a simple solution to ensure Dalton school’s telephone lines would not be compromised in any way. This involved transferring the existing services across to Abzorb.

Numerous schools in Kirklees are working closely with Abzorb to implement the same solution.

Susan Mallison, the Business Manager at Dalton commented, “It was great to have Abzorb come round and review our situation with BT and give us a solution which would ensure our phone lines would stay connected. Thank you Abzorb, you made it very easy to work with you".

Faruk Amin, Sales Director at Abzorb added, “We are delighted to be working with Dalton JIN on this project. We look forward to a long lasting relationship with them.”
