Independent Training Services Shortlisted For Prestigious Investors In People Awards 2016

New Chamber member, Independent Training Services (ITS) has been named as a leader in people management practice globally, having been shortlisted for Excellence in Leadership & Management (under 249 employees) category in the third annual Investors in People Awards.

Finalists in this category have invested in their people to strengthen leadership capability at every level of their organization.

The Awards, which received over 300 entries internationally, celebrates the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses. Winners are announced at a spectacular awards ceremony and dinner on 29 June 2016 at Old Billingsgate, London. Finalists represent the best of the best worldwide.

The award categories recognise the accredited organisations that have achieved the highest standards. There are a range of awards categories, focusing on the main elements of what it means to be an Investor in People, from Excellence in Leadership and Management to Excellence in Social Responsibility to Leader of the Year and Best Newcomer. The awards provide the opportunity to benchmark against high performing organisations globally.

2016 is the 25th year of Investors in People and are recognizing organisations that have achieved continuous accreditation with Investors in People.ITS Group will be awarded at the ceremony with a trophy and certificate for achieving 20 years of continuous accreditation.
