Chamber member The Yorkshire Kidney Research Fund are looking for an experienced marketing volunteer to help promote the great work they do and help them raise further awareness for their cause.

Founded in 1970, The Yorkshire Kidney Research Fund supports research to improve the lives of children and adults who suffer from kidney disease.Throughout Yorkshire, the work they support produces nationally and internationally acclaimed results. As a small charity they rely entirely upon donations, voluntary support and legacies and as they move into new areas of research they are seeking an experienced volunteer that is able to demonstrate how the application of effective promotional activity and use of social media can help deliver the Charity’s objectives.

The range of activities that the successful applicant could become involved is likely to be very wide indeed and the trustees would encourage the recruitment of further volunteers/ interns to support the Marketing & Communications strategy as required.

If you would like to be part of a small but enthusiastic charity, please email the Charity Administrator on info@ykrf.co.uk or telephone 01484 400430. The full job description can be viewed here.
