UK Export Finance Make New Appointment

UK Export Finance have appointed a new adviser for Yorkshire and the Humber.

UK Export Finance have made a new appointment for an Export Finance Adviser covering the Yorkshire and Humber region. Richard Clarke joins UK Export Finance from a career in banking, having worked in the international business team at HSBC. Richard will be covering the Yorkshire and Humber region, supporting businesses of all sizes with Government guarantees, bonds and working capital to help to finance overseas trade.

Export Finance Advisers act as a point of contact locally to support both existing exporters and businesses with export potential by signposting them to banks, credit insurers, brokers, trade support bodies and sources of government support.

They also act as regional representatives of UK Export Finance with third parties, such as banks, brokers and trade bodies, and are an integral part of UK Export Finance's drive to raise awareness of their products and services.

UK Export Finance is the Government department that works with companies, banks and overseas buyers to support UK exports and investments across the world. The department is charged with supporting the growth in the number of UK exporters by providing targeted trade finance and insurance solutions to support UK companies trading overseas.
