We're supporting Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) this week, 18th - 24th November. It plays an important role in encouraging a new generation of entrepreneurs, to consider starting up their own business.
It is aimed at raising awareness of the support available to entrepreneurs in the UK, with 20% of UK adults having heard of GEW, it remains one of the nation’s largest entrepreneurship-focused campaigns.
To coincide with the week, the we have recently appointed three people to our subsidiary company, The West Yorkshire Enterprise Agency, to assist further start up businesses under the Government’s New Enterprise Allowance scheme.
Alyas Hussain, Brij Chaggar and Joe Cahill have taken on the roles of Enterprise Facilitator’s across the our Kirklees, Wakefield and Calderdale bases and each brings extensive Start-Up experience in a bid to help Jobseeker’s Allowance claimants aged 18 and over who want to start their own business.
