Chamber Encourages Businesses to Sell Smart

Business Doctors Yorkshire are hosting a 60 Useful Minutes seminar on how to sell smart in business on 17th September 8.30am-10.00am at the Chamber's Lockwood office, Huddersfield.

The Yorkshire branch of the nationwide Business Doctors franchise are hosting a Chamber seminar on ‘Smart Selling Made Simple’, as part of the Chamber’s popular 60 Useful Minutes training programme.

Neil Kendall, Business Doctors Managing Director for the Yorkshire West branch explained "Sales don't just happen -you make them happen, but it's not rocket science, we all sell. This seminar will help businesses understand how to move beyond the sales and marketing hype and text books, towards a successful and sustained sales strategy that not only supports but actually drives business growth."

The seminar will look at the clarifying sales objectives by considering business and marketing strategies. It will help businesses understand their most valuable and profitable customers by looking at the existing customer base, assist in working out what sales and marketing activities are working and focus efforts and control marketing costs. It will also focus on getting the right balance between servicing existing and new customers. As well as advising businesses on preparing a sales plan and a sales budget.

Not only are the 60 Useful Minutes seminars an important training sessions for your business but they are also a great way to network with other businesses and make a range of useful new contacts.

The seminar includes free parking, breakfast and refreshments and will take place at the Chamber’s Lockwood office and is open free to Chamber members and just £5.00 to non-members.
