Construction company invites sub contractors, local suppliers and trades people to meet representatives at Calderdale College for Meet The Buyer event.
Wildgoose Construction, have recently been awarded the contract to build a new college centre using the latest environmental technologies.
Calderdale College Sustainable and Environmental Technologies Centre is due to start work in September with completion expected in September 2013. The centre on Francis Street, Halifax will incorporate state-of-the-art environmental technologies including rainwater recycling, photovoltaic panels, solar water heating, a wind turbine, wind catcher ventilation and permeable pavings. The three storey steel framed building will house workshops with changing, teaching and staff areas, toilets, business liaison and training facilities.
As part of the “Meet the Buyer” event, sub-contractors , local suppliers and trades people are being invited to the college on Wednesday, September 5th between 11am and 3pm to meet representatives from Wildgoose. As part of our commitment to building this impressive new centre we are committed to using local suppliers, trades people and sub-contractors. We are looking for a wide range of trades including decorators, plasterers, roofers, tilers and landscapers, along with suppliers.
