Upon receipt of your complaint the following procedures will be adhered to:
Mid Yorkshire Chamber acknowledges all written complaints within 5 working days
Mid Yorkshire Chamber will investigate the details of a complaint and take appropriate action at each stage of the investigation
All complaints about will be referred immediately to the appropriate member of the team or Chamber contact
Mid Yorkshire Chamber resolves to complete investigations into complaints within 14 days and to respond in the same time scale.
