How does it work?

Proceedings can be issued as soon as we receive your instruction.  All you have to pay is the court fee based on the amount claimed.  If the debt is paid in response to this then the debtor is also responsible for paying the court fee which when paid is returned to you and you have recovered your full invoice value at no cost.

Register online to receive this service:

• You inform the debtor that you intend to start proceedings (a template document is available to download and send to the debtor at no charge

• If no payment is received, you simply go on-line to give us the details and the court proceedings are prepared and issued (usually within 24 hours)

• You pay nothing other than the fee required by the court on issue(which can be paid on-line) and when it is recovered from the debtor it is refunded to you

• If there is no defence, a judgment will be obtained at no cost to you and enforcement of the debt proceeds

• Where a defence is filed, alternatives will be discussed for funding and progressing the case
