The Chamber Legal Helpline gives members exclusive access to FREE legal advice from experienced solicitors at a leading law firm.

Members can get practical, accurate and easy-to-follow legal help at no cost from qualified solicitors who are on-hand to take calls.

There's no limit to the number of times that a member can call and all enquiries are dealt with promptly and in the strictest confidence. 

The dedicated team of professionals can offer advice in the following areas of expertise:

• Employment law

• Company/Commercial

• Commercial property

• Contract and commercial disputes

• Debt collection

• Corporate offences

How does it work?

The Helpline is run in partnership with Eaton Smith Solicitors. Their local, professional team will answer all calls promptly. If the advice required is outside of that individual's area of expertise they will take appropriate details and ask another solicitor to return the call as soon as possible.    

Chamber members can ring the line between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. In relation to employment advice only, the hours of service are extended to include Saturdays (from 10.00am to 4.00pm) but excluding Saturdays during Christmas and New Year periods.
